I also show you how to do the glitch and try to explain how and why it's happening. FWIW, I think the Smasher glitch may just be another example of weapon merging. I don't know if it's actually the same, but it's the same kind of thing (applying a special effect from one gun to another). Used normally, Evil Smasher does not level up beyond Power level 1. However Evil Smasher can glitch to higher Power level. The glitch was patched following the April 2 update patches.
